By entering this site you agree to the terms of business stated here. The placement of an online order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

Browse through our shop and select the the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection click on “checkout” you will be asked for a few details that are required in order to complete your order. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe payments.

Our Prices

All prices shown are in pounds Euros. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. Prices quoted on this web store are for internet sales only.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please refer to our returns policy.

Faulty Items

You must notify us of any product you deem to be defective within 7 days from date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions. Failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.

Delivery

Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the items ordered happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issue a refund right away. We endeavour to deliver in time frames outlined in the delivery section, however are reliant on third party carriers so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.

Security & Payments

All transactions which take place on our website are via PayPal or Stripe Payments – we have no access to any of your card details nor do we store your card details on our online store.

Cancellations

Pimp My Pooch reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

At Pimp My Pooch we strive to adhere to consistently high standards and offer an excellent service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided you, please let us know. We need to know if things do go wrong so we can rectify these going forward. We are dedicated to customer service and take all complaints seriously.
